Created as the unisex pullover companion to the women’s and youth zip hoodie, this style carries the commemorative artwork in an easy silhouette with a kangaroo pocket. Rendered in Folsom Faded Black, it honors the 120th Anniversary of the Great Earthquake & Fire of 1906.

Drawn through the visual language of 1928, it pays tribute to SFFD Searchlight Company 2, the 1928 Kleiber truck built in the city for the San Francisco Fire Department, and marks its return to the city as part of this year’s remembrance. The presence of Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse, introduced that same year in Steamboat Willie, adds an unmistakable note of period nostalgia to a piece rooted first in San Francisco’s story of resilience.

• The Front: A custom 1900s era Maltese cross anchors the design, drawing from the historic emblem of the fire service and its legacy of courage, protection, and sacrifice. At its center sits heritage SFFD script, framed by Lotta’s Fountain and the Golden Hydrant. Above them rises a symbol of renewal from devastation, while 1866 at the base honors the origins of the San Francisco Fire Department.
• The Right Sleeve: The signature Guardians of the City™ logo, honoring the people who love, serve, and represent San Francisco with pride, because The City is not just a nickname. It is our identity.
• The Left Sleeve: A commemorative helmet shield paying tribute to SFFD Searchlight Company 2, honoring one of the department’s most distinctive and historic apparatus identities.
• The Back: A heritage tribute to the 1928 Kleiber truck built in the city for the San Francisco Fire Department, with roots in the Kleiber factory at Folsom and 11th. It marks the return of Searchlight 2 to the city during this year’s 1906 commemoration. We protect the graphics as carefully as the fabric itself. This design is printed with PFAS Free inks and made without chemical pre treatments or adhesive glues.
