FIRST-RESPONDER & PUBLIC-SERVICE PROGRAMS

BRING A BETTER STANDARD TO YOUR PEOPLE.

AUTHENTIC IDENTITYEvery program is developed around the people, history, and details that make the organization distinct.
REACH WITHOUT THE BURDENFenix Society can take the story beyond the organization’s walls while managing the storefront, ordering, sales tax, fulfillment, customer service, and reorders.

WHO WE BUILD WITH

PROGRAMS BUILT AROUND YOUR PEOPLE.

Fenix Society starts with first-responder and public-service organizations and the communities that support them. A program can be as focused as one workgroup edition or as broad as an organization-wide merchandise platform.

FIRE STATIONS & COMPANIES

House, company, anniversary, event, and duty-wear programs.

POLICE & SHERIFF UNITS

Unit identity, specialized assignments, commemorative releases, and off-duty collections.

911 CENTERS & DISPATCH TEAMS

Identity-driven collections for the people who coordinate the response and serve as its first point of contact.

EMS, EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT & SPECIALIZED UNITS

Programs shaped around specialized missions, team identity, duty needs, and the people behind the work.

ASSOCIATIONS, UNIONS & WORKGROUPS

Member merchandise, events, recognition programs, distinct team editions, and organization storefronts.

NONPROFITS, FOUNDATIONS & AGENCIES

Structured, mission-connected programs with clear approvals, product standards, ordering, and fulfillment.

BUILT FROM A REAL PARTNERSHIP

FROM A MUSEUM GIFT SHOP TO A PLATFORM FOR THE PEOPLE WHO SERVE.

Fenix Society started inside Guardians of the City in 2024 as a program to improve the gift shop at the museum. The work grew from better merchandise into design, storytelling, ecommerce, inventory, fulfillment, customer service, and a way for meaningful programs to reach people far beyond their original walls.

REACH THE COMMUNITY BEYOND THE WALLS

An online program can connect active and retired members, families, supporters, collectors, visitors, and customers around the world. That expanded reach can raise more for a station, unit, association, nonprofit, or organization fund without asking its people to become ecommerce operators.

KEEP THE PROGRAM MOVING

Fenix Society manages secure ordering, sales-tax collection and reporting, production, inventory planning, fulfillment, customer service, and reorders. We continue developing new on-duty and off-duty apparel so partners can offer fresh designs and updated products without taking on the operational burden.

PURPOSE BUILT INTO THE MODEL

More than 80% of Fenix Society profits go back to nonprofit and public-safety partners. The exact structure of each program is developed privately around the organization, its approvals, and its goals.

WHAT FENIX SOCIETY HANDLES

MORE THAN A LOGO ON A BLANK.

Most organizations do not need another vendor handing them boxes. They need a product and commerce program that protects the quality of the merchandise and reduces the work placed on the unit.

HOW IT WORKS

FROM UNIT STORY TO FINISHED PROGRAM.

  1. 1

    START WITH THE ORGANIZATION

We learn who the program serves, what the merchandise needs to accomplish, and who will guide approvals.

  2. 2

    DEFINE THE EDITION

Together we select the product types, audience, design direction, launch structure, quantities, and timing.

  3. 3

    DEVELOP & APPROVE

Fenix Society prepares artwork and product specifications, then moves through samples and written approval before production.

  4. 4

    LAUNCH & FULFILL

We create the customer experience, communicate the story, process orders, and deliver the finished merchandise.

  5. 5

    REVIEW & CONTINUE

After launch, we review performance, customer feedback, reorders, and the next opportunity for the program.

START A PROGRAM

TELL US ABOUT YOUR TEAM OR ORGANIZATION.

You do not need a finished concept. Tell us who you represent, what you are considering, and when you hope to launch. Fenix Society will follow up to determine whether there is a strong fit and what the next step should be.

Submitting this form starts a conversation. It does not create a production commitment.

Prefer to keep your current supplier? Fenix Society also offers wholesale, undecorated PURE ZERO™ apparel for qualified programs. Because third-party pretreatments, inks, graphics, and application processes are outside our control, Fenix Society cannot represent that a finished product maintains the same PFAS-related standard unless those added inputs and processes are verified.
